Holiday Nightly Rate:      $175.00/night for most holiday weekends

Rental Insurance:            $15.00/night

Cleaning Fee:                    $100.00 one-time Fee

In light of COVID-19, we’ve had to increase our cleaning fee to $100 in order to maintain the necessary levels of cleanliness. In addition to the standard cleaning procedures, all primary surfaces are thoroughly wiped down with Clorox disinfecting wipes. Thank you for your understanding.

Tank Dump Fee:               $50.00 one-time Fee*

                *Only if no sewer hook-up at site

Generator Rental: $10/day + refill fuel can with premium gas before departure

If fuel can is not returned full, an additional $20 will be charged for fueling.

Paypal Payment Fee: A 3.25% fee of the pretax total must be added if the “Pay for Goods/Services” method is selected, which provides Buyer Protection. To avoid this fee, you may select the “Send to Friend” option.

Delivery Fees: Depends upon destination
